Q: What happens if I have problems downloading my forms package?
A: Check your email. There is an email sent to the email address you put on your order. This email will contain links to download the forms package again if you have problems the first time. If you still have problems, you can either call us or reply to the email and let us know you were still unable to get the package. We will then send it to you as an attachment to the email.
Q: What if the package is not what I wanted.
A: Just let us know by email or call us and we can either exchange it or refund your order. We have a 100% guarantee.
Q: Can I look at the forms before I order?

Q: Will I only be able to use the forms once?
A: You may use the forms for your personal use or for your clients if you are an attorney. The forms cannot be transferred to other persons for their use.
Q: I am using a Mac, will my forms open properly?
A: Yes. Mac computers have their own PDF viewer that over-rides the Adobe reader. So first open the Adobe reader and THEN open the lease from within. More information below.

If you use Web TV and do not have the capability to use Word or WordPerfect files you have three options:
- Print the Text Format of the form, if available.
- Print the PDF Format of the form.
- Request that we send you the form in HTML format.

I-Mac
If you use the Macintosh system, you can still use the forms from NEATO Landlord Forms.com. Instead of selecting the Word or WP file, select the PDF file. If you have issues with a particular form, simply send an e-mail to contactus@NEATOLandlordForms.com and we will provide the form in an acceptable format or not charge you for the form.
If you receive an order notification from NEATO Landlord Forms or the parent company, NEATO Homes, LLC, or an unauthorized charge to your credit card, please report it to us to receive a credit and provide appropriate information for NEATO Landlord Forms to report the fraudulent user to the authorities.
DOS Programs
If your office uses any version of WordPerfect for DOS and we understand that there are attorneys that do just that, you may still order and use forms from NEATO Landlord Forms.
Here are your options:
- Open the .DOC version of the form as a TEXT File. This will require you to re-format the file with WordPerfect and is not the best option.
- Download the file in Rich Text Format and open the file on a computer that does run WordPerfect for Windows or Microsoft Word and save as WordPerfect for DOS.
- Send us an E-Mail that you need the form in WordPerfect for DOS and we will E-Mail it to you.
